My Values

Healing & Joy

We all deserve to heal from pain and trauma and not just survive but thrive and experience joy. Therapy is a place to process what’s going on in your present, make sense of your past, and explore options for the future. With the right therapist you can recover, make better decisions, have more satisfaction in your relationships with others, and break the intergenerational trauma.

I hope to help you nurture a life that feels self-compassionate, happy, and authentic above all else.
